Meet Kimberley, the brand new Owner of Kidz4 Buckinghamshire. Relocating with her family to Buckinghamshire, we are delighted that she is taking Kidz4 with her!

Previously a competitive figure skater, from a young age Kimberley understood the importance of sport as a means to focus determination and dedication, the things that really provided her with direction as a teenager. Later as an adult, she discovered yoga and this non-competitive mindful movement resonated as an opportunity to calm the mind and noise in everyday life. With a young son myself, and a new daughter, I see the power of giving children access to the powerful tools yoga offers to enable children to negotiate the everyday stresses of a modern day world.
