Meet Abi, our Franchise Founder for Kidz4 East Surrey. Passionate about health, movement, and wellbeing, Abi loves living an active lifestyle. While at university, she competed in the Territorial Army Biathlon Ski Championships before later spending several years living abroad with her family.

It was in Rome that she discovered yoga as a powerful tool for wellbeing. She began delivering mindfulness community sessions to young children, while continuing her love for yoga.

As a parent of two young children living in Surrey, Abi understands how busy family life can be and is committed to delivering fun, inclusive, non-competitive yoga sessions for families, schools, and communities.
