Your Child’s Wellbeing is at the heart of every class

Every programme we run is designed with your little one’s growth, curiosity, and joy at the centre. Inspired by the Montessori approach, our sessions are child-led, giving children the freedom to explore while staying active through playful yoga games, sun salutations, and movement adventures. Alongside the fun, we introduce simple mindfulness practices—drawing on elements of the Mindfulness in Schools programme—helping children learn how to pause, breathe, and find calm. Our teachers are fully aligned with this child-first pedagogy, are DBS-checked, and bring years of experience, warmth, and creativity to every session—ensuring your child feels safe, supported, and celebrated every step of the way.

Our Curriculum Pillars

Inspired by the National Curriculum for Physical Education, we help children build balance, coordination and lifelong healthy habits in children through the following means:

  • Confidence & Emotional Wellbeing - Grounded in mindfulness and positive psychology, we nurture resilience, self-belief and calm focus.

  • Connection & Social Growth - Linked to PSHE and social-emotional learning research, our activities develop empathy, team work and communication.

  • Curiosity & Independent Learning - Guided by Montessori principles, we encourage independence, creativity, and a love of discovery.
