Meet Lauren

Meet Lauren, founder of Kidz4 Family. With a long-standing career in education, Lauren spent over 13 years as a Director of Sport in independent schools, where she designed programmes, led large teams, and placed wellbeing at the heart of every activity.

Discovering yoga and mindfulness transformed both her teaching approach and her athletic performance as an international Great Britain triathlete. Her training breakthroughs led her to a standout result — finishing 7th in Europe at a competition in Madrid.

After welcoming her young daughter, Lauren chose to dedicate herself fully to Kidz4, focusing on expanding its classes and activities while continuing to develop and enrich the curriculum.
