Kidz4 Highly Commended at the Wandsworth Business Awards: A Celebration of Our Health and Wellbeing Mission

We’re incredibly proud to share that Kidz4 has been Highly Commended in the Health and Wellbeing category at the Wandsworth Business Awards. This recognition means a great deal to us because it highlights the heart of what we do: helping children, schools, and families feel calmer, more supported, and more confident through movement, mindfulness, and practical wellbeing tools.

The Health and Wellbeing category celebrates organisations making a meaningful impact on people’s lives, and being recognised among such outstanding local businesses is an honour. For Kidz4, it’s a reminder that wellbeing isn't an “extra” in education — it’s essential.

✅ Why this recognition matters

Our work is built around improving children’s wellbeing through practical, engaging activities. Being Highly Commended in this category reinforces the value of the programmes we bring to schools and families, including:

  • wellbeing-focused after-school clubs

  • specialist workshops

  • children’s yoga and mindfulness programmes

  • staff wellbeing sessions

  • CPD for teachers

  • digital wellbeing resources

We design everything with one clear aim: to support the whole community — pupils, staff, and parents.

✅ The impact behind the award

Over the past year, Kidz4 has expanded its work across South West London, partnering with schools who truly value high-quality wellbeing provision. Our practical, movement-based approach has been shown to:

  • help children regulate emotions

  • boost focus and concentration

  • support calmer transitions after school

  • reduce stress through breathwork and grounding

  • build resilience and confidence

  • improve overall wellbeing in learning environments

These are the kinds of everyday, meaningful outcomes this award recognises.

✅ A milestone — and a motivator

Being Highly Commended motivates us to keep developing new ways to support children and schools. We’re already expanding our wellbeing workshops, refining our digital resources, and strengthening staff wellbeing support.

Most importantly, we remain committed to ensuring every child we work with feels seen, supported, and empowered.

Thank you to Wandsworth for recognising our work — and to the schools, families, and practitioners who make Kidz4 what it is.
